Customer service was great - I had a leg injury and they accommodated by giving us the room closest to the restaurant, helping us to that room and providing a wheelchair.
Restaurant staff are brilliant, particularly Yanis who was always very kind, asked how we were, cracked jokes, and brought coffees over to our room when he saw we looked tired one morning as we sat on our porch. That man made our day! Thank you, Yanis.
In terms of quality of all inclusive food, there was a good variety available but not much differentiation from lunch to dinner or from day-to-day so it got repetitive over 7 days.
There was also a leak in our room when it unfortunately rained one of our days. The leak was near the TV, and dripped onto a bag of accessories we had left on the desk. The smell was awful and it ruined those items which needed to be replaced. Kindly, the reception team went out to the shop to replace some of those items for us.
As for drinks - the all inclusive alcoholic drinks aren’t made very strong. We saw one performer with a violin and some other string instruments who was simply brilliant. If I was running Arminda Hotel & Spa, I’d be looking to book him as frequently as possible.
As for the Spa - treatments are paid for, as expected, but it is also €30-€50 to use the steamroom and sauna for 30 minutes. I would have expected the sauna and steamroom to be free to use. I was also denied access to those facilities after paying €50 for a massage - so I think the spa was somewhat of a letdown.
All in all, a good all-inclusive option just a 5 minute walk from a quiet beach. Arminda is very good if you have a young family with you, but adult entertainment options are limited and/or not included in the all-inclusive price.

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were sensational, nothing was ever too much trouble. Everywhere from our rooms to the public toilets were immaculate.
There are so many pools that we never struggled to get sun loungers.
If you stay here please go for a meal at Zorbas nearby. You won't regret it.
I want to go back now.

Waterpark area was perfect for kids (5 & 9). Pools are nice, but need to get there early to grab yourself lounge chairs! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Spa is great for massages and body treatments.

Travelled with my husband for our baby moon. Nice view and pools. The staff are very friendly. The place is not quiet at all, so not the best destination for couples unless you are into crying babies :) The isolation in the rooms is not the best, we could hear our neighbors and their children all night, watching TV till 1am. The lady at the reception was very nice and helped us change rooms. Overall a nice stay.

Great hotel for families with children, with excellent food and very friendly staff.
The only downside is the noise level in some areas, but that is to be expected at a hotel such as this.
Special mention goes out to the lady at the Greek coffee (and raki) bar, super friendly and keeps the small and unique corner of the hotel in perfect condition. She pulls the experience up to five stars!
